Rekha Makhija

Rekha Makhija has worked at three different companies in their career. Rekha started their professional journey at Bharti Airtel in 2005 as an Assistant Manager and worked there until 2013. From there, they joined ICICI Lombard in 2013 as a Chief Sales Manager and later transitioned to the role of a Senior Manager until 2021. Currently, they are working at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, starting in September 2023.
