Shiva Das

Shiva Das is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit and collections, currently serving as the Head of Collections for Retail SME and Wholesale Products & Strategy at Reliance Money since 2019. Previously, Shiva was the National Collection Head for Retail Products & Collection Strategy at Reliance Commercial Finance, overseeing collection strategies across India. Shiva's career also includes a long tenure at Vodafone India Limited, where roles included General Manager of Credit & Collection and Head of Credit & Collection for the Mumbai region. At Standard Chartered Bank, Shiva served as Regional Manager for both West and East Secured Collections, focusing on mortgages and SME banking. Early career experiences include various managerial positions at GE Countrywide Consumer Financial Services Limited and a marketing executive role at First Maruti Leasing Co Inc. Shiva holds an Executive Program certification from the Indian School of Business and an MBA in Marketing with Finance from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
