Billie Bacay

Billie Bacay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career at Boeing as a Corporate Accountant in 2000 before transitioning to the role of Programmer/Analyst in 2001. They then joined Toyota Financial Services in 2004, where they served as a Systems Analyst and later as a SAP Delivery Manager. In 2013, they became an IT Delivery Manager for Commercial Finance & TFS Bank at Toyota. Bacay joined Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. in 2014 as an IT Director, responsible for Product Management. They were later promoted to Senior IT Director and eventually to their current position as Executive Director of Innovation & Delivery.

Billie Bacay holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton. In April 2017, they obtained the ITIL Foundation - IT Service Management certification from PEOPLECERT. Additionally, Billie Bacay obtained the SAP E2E Solution Operations Certification for Application Management Expert - Change Control Management Coll. 81 & Root Cause Analysis Vers. SP15, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
