Madelene Cohen

Madelene Cohen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Reliance, Inc. since July 2007, Madelene has also held the position of Legal Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this role, Madelene worked as a Legal Assistant at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 2001 to 2003. Madelene Cohen holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a specialization in Business Administration from UCLA, earned from 1996 to 2000. Early education was completed at St. Mary's High School from 1992 to 1996.
