Melissa Arroyo

Melissa Arroyo is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant since June 2023, Melissa also holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Reliant, where employment began in January 2022 within the medical field. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education and HR Manager and Generalist at Advanced Pain Care. Early career positions included HR Generalist at Safe Harbor Compliance and Clinical Services and Executive Assistant in Human Resources at Aerostar Airport Holdings, LLC. Melissa earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico and holds a certification in Human Resources Administration and Labor Relations.
