Noor Sultan

Noor Sultan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management within international organizations. Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager for South Sudan and Sudan at Relief International since June 2010, Noor has played a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing financial systems while supervising local finance officers. Previously, as Country Finance Manager in Pakistan, responsibilities included establishing financial control systems, managing cash flows, and preparing donor reports. Earlier roles include Interim Finance Manager positions in Iran and Nepal, as well as administering finance functions at UN-HABITAT and UNICEF. Noor holds an MBA in Finance from the National University of Modern Languages, completed between 2004 and 2006.
