Mallory Gerent

Mallory Gerent has over six years of professional experience. Mallory began their career in 2016 as a Senior Sales Consultant at Trunk Club. In 2018, they were hired as the Director of Development & Office Manager, Deerfield District at Northwestern Mutual. In 2019, they joined Tegus and held three roles as People Practices Specialist, People Operations Associate, and Office Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Head of People at Relief App.

Mallory Gerent is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, which they began in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained two certifications: a Management & Leadership Skills for Supervisors and Mangers certification from SkillPath in 2019, and an Activity and Coaching Clinic, Coaching diverse teams and building high trust culture certification from Lueder Office Milwaukee, WI in 2018. Her educational background also includes graduating from Lincoln-Way Central High School in 2009.
