Vivek Agarwal

Vivek Agarwal has over 15 years of work experience in the IT industry. Vivek started their career as a Consultant at NetConnectGlobal in 2005. Vivek then joined HCL Technologies Ltd. Business Services in 2006 as a Lead Engineer-Technology, where they managed a team of 7 professionals and was responsible for handling more than 200 servers and other devices. Vivek also led audits for ISO, PCI-DSS, SSAE 16, and client audits. In 2011, Vivek worked as a Consultant - IT Service Delivery at Capgemini before moving on to HCL Technologies (Infrastructure Services Division) in 2012, where they worked as a Manager in the Global IT team, primarily handling Global Active Directory and DC Operations. From 2015 to 2017, Vivek worked at Delhi Integrated Multi Modal Transit System Ltd. (DIMTS) as a Manager - IT Infra, where they led the IT Infra team and set up DR Infra for the organization. Vivek then joined Religare Finvest Limited (SME Loans) in 2017 as an AVP - IT Services, and later became the VP - IT Services in 2020. In this role, they led the DC practices and drove IT projects to meet the organization's business goals. Vivek also managed the EUC & Asset management vertical and ensured uninterrupted IT services for the proper functioning of the business. Vivek has extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure, leading teams, driving IT projects, and overseeing IT governance.

Vivek Agarwal completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Vivek pursued this degree from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Pusa Polytechnic in Delhi, which they completed between 1997 and 2000.
