Beth Lester

Beth Lester is a Design Strategist at Relish Works, with prior experience as a User Experience Researcher at Bold Insight and a Design Researcher and Strategist at Social Venture Partners Connecticut. In various roles, including an Innovation Fellow position with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Beth has conducted user research and prototype testing, fostering empathy and overcoming skepticism towards human-centered design methodologies. Beth holds a Master of Science in Engineering Design Innovation from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Engineering from Elon University.
