Doug Tham

Doug Tham is a versatile digital marketing professional with experience in creative consultancy and production. Currently serving as a Creative Consultant at Reload Media since August 2021, Doug focuses on data-driven marketing strategies to foster business growth. As a Creative Partner at Flo.Industries, Doug embarked on a new venture in response to the unique challenges of 2020. Previous roles include Head of Production at Newish Communications, where Doug led a production team, and freelance positions at DDB as a Junior Art Director and Art Direction Intern, contributing to campaigns for McDonald's. Doug's early career involved roles as a Digital Content Creator and Intern at Ruder Finn, and as an Assistant Photographer at PhotoConnection. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Communication at The University of Queensland, Doug is dedicated to advancing skills in digital communication and media.
