Céline Beaudonnet

Céline Beaudonnet is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, education, and finance. Currently serving as HR Manager for Relyens Spain since July 2019, Céline is responsible for aligning the HR department with business needs in recruitment, personnel development, and labor relations. Previous roles include Generalist RH at TiGenix, HR Professional at the Institución Educativa SEK, and working in the Organisation and Human Resources Department at Banco de España. Céline has extensive expertise in social relations, labor law, and employee development, acquired through significant positions at Sanofi Aventis, Aventis Pharma, and AGF. Educational achievements include an Executive Coaching Program, a Senior Management Program in Digital Talent, and a Master’s degree in Social Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
