John Muse has extensive experience in emergency management, currently serving as the Major Emergency Management Manager and Instructor at Falck Safety Services (US). Since October 2008, John has held the position of MEM Manager at Falck Alford, where responsibilities include overseeing major emergency management operations and conducting assessments as an OPITO/SQA A1 Level 7 Assessor.
