Micheal Lim started their career in 2007 as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at KK Women's & Children's Hospital, where they eventually became the Principal Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Head of the Sports Medicine Programme. Micheal worked there until 2021. In 2012, they also took on the role of Sessional Lecturer at SMF Institute of Higher Learning from July 2012 to November 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Assistant Director of Health and Wellness at ReMark, starting from July 2021.
Micheal Lim pursued their education in a chronological order, starting in 1993 when they enrolled at Singapore Polytechnic and obtained a Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering in 1997. Following this, from 1999 to 2007, they attended Edith Cowan University and earned a B.Sc degree in Sports & Exercise Science. Lastly, in 2016 and 2017, Micheal pursued a Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management and Leadership at Singapore Management University, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
