Ian Charles

Ian Charles is a skilled culinary professional and food safety expert with extensive experience in various roles within the foodservice industry. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at RE/MAX Advanced, Inc. since May 2021, Ian has a strong background in food safety and management from a prior position as Manager at MenuTrinfo, LLC. Responsibilities included conducting onsite audits, preparing audit reports, and training clients on best practices. Previous experiences include leadership roles as Head Chef and Sous Chef at UnCruise Adventures, as well as Performance Sous Chef at EXOS, where Ian was involved in menu development and nutritional counseling for elite athletes.
