Valeria Lifanova

Valeria Lifanova is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Acting Panel Chair and a Panel Member at the Property Assessment Review Panel since November 2016. Valeria operates as a REALTOR® at Remax City Realty, focusing on residential and commercial transactions, and is the Founder and Owner of Valeria Lifanova Personal Real Estate Corporation, also established in April 2016. Valeria has held leadership roles in the Elementary School PAC, serving as Chair from September 2022 to June 2023 and as Secretary from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, Valeria was a Governor and Vice Chair of the Vancouver Chapter at the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia from August 2016 to July 2020. Valeria's prior experience includes working as a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Appraiser at BC Assessment and as an Assistant to the Principal at Taylors College Auckland Campus. Valeria holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Real Estate and Finance from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Post Graduate Diploma in Real Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia.
