Natasha Gluzman Hensav has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Natasha is currently the VP of Business Development at RE/MAX Israel, a position they have held since January 2022. Natasha managed and implemented diagnostic and evaluation processes, developed strategies for the Federation, and created courses and workshops.

Starting from 2008, Natasha served as the Students Project Coordinator at Ben Gurion University for Perach. Their responsibilities included managing and coordinating two projects, recruiting and supervising students, conducting needs assessments, building workshops, and facilitating focus groups.

Natasha Gluzman Hensav completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Hebrew Literature from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2005 to 2009. Natasha later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Consulting and Development at the College of Management, Israel from 2010 to 2012.
