Natasha Gluzman Hensav

Natasha Gluzman Hensav has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Natasha is currently the VP of Business Development at RE/MAX Israel, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Consultant and Trainer at RE/MAX Israel starting from January 2013.

Before joining RE/MAX Israel, Natasha worked on a consulting project for a non-profit organization in 2012. In this role, they conducted an organizational diagnostic, mapping and analyzing the current situation to understand intra-organizational behavior and processes. Natasha also reviewed the organizational structure, corporate culture, goals, metrics, productivity, and employee motivation.

In 2011-2012, Natasha served as the Training Coordinator for Ukraine and Moldova at the World Scout Movement (Zofim Zabar Olami). Natasha was responsible for managing and developing the international education coordinators team, planning and executing annual working programs, and providing group counseling.

From 2009 to 2010, Natasha worked as a Community Emissary at The Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest. In this role, they were responsible for informal education in the Jewish community of MetroWest, New Jersey. Natasha managed and implemented diagnostic and evaluation processes, developed strategies for the Federation, and created courses and workshops.

Starting from 2008, Natasha served as the Students Project Coordinator at Ben Gurion University for Perach. Their responsibilities included managing and coordinating two projects, recruiting and supervising students, conducting needs assessments, building workshops, and facilitating focus groups.

Natasha Gluzman Hensav completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Hebrew Literature from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2005 to 2009. Natasha later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Consulting and Development at the College of Management, Israel from 2010 to 2012.
