Kate Baldwin Wenzel

Kate Baldwin Wenzel is a Co-Owner and Broker at RE/MAX of Cherry Creek, where expertise in residential real estate is applied to buying, selling, and relocating within the Denver area since October 2017. Noteworthy accomplishments include participation in the RE/MAX Executive and 100% Clubs, recognition as a DMAR Award Winner, and being a Five Star Real Estate Agent award winner. Additionally, Kate serves as Chairperson of the Board for RMCC, focusing on strategic growth, broker recruitment and retention, and budget management. Prior experience includes a decade at Starz, culminating as Senior Director of Marketing, where Kate led a major company-wide rebranding initiative and guided social media strategy. Earlier, as Field Marketing Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill, management of marketing strategies for the Rocky Mountain Region was executed. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
