Al Riemenschneider's work experience starts with their current role as a retired professional, which began in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Remedi SeniorCare Pharmacy as a Project Manager from April 2012. In this role, they managed the design and construction of a new facility, installed and validated equipment for new and existing facilities, and successfully completed projects under budget. Before that, they worked at Honeywell as a Sr. Project Engineer Six Sigma from April 2011 to April 2012, where they implemented manufacturing process improvements and successfully eliminated customer rejections. From July 2006 to April 2011, they were an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Rain Bird Corporation, responsible for implementing manufacturing and process technologies, coordinating design improvements, and identifying automation opportunities to reduce labor costs. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at MULTISORB TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED, including General Manager Active Pak Automation and Director of Technology. In these roles, they led teams, developed strategic business plans, managed budgets, coordinated projects with customers, and oversaw the design and development of capital equipment. Lastly, they worked at Corning Incorporated as a Technical Group Coordinator from January 1991 to January 1995, where they directed a team in improvement areas and implemented new tooling technology. Al also served as the Department Head of Mold and Machine Shop, where they managed the production tooling budget and implemented an external quotation system.
Al Riemenschneider PMP completed their education at Carnegie Mellon University, where they pursued a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Al also attained an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University. Al further expanded their professional expertise by obtaining the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from PMI in December 2010.
