Lori Travis has extensive experience in account management and customer service. Lori started their career at Omnicare, a CVS Health company, in 2000 as a Director of Customer Service for WI. In this role, they managed a team of account executives and nurse consultants, maintained customer relationships, and worked closely with the pharmacy operations team. From 2005 to 2018, they served as a Strategic Account Executive, overseeing national accounts in the skilled and assisted living properties sector. Their responsibilities included managing local and national account executives, developing and executing business plans, and presenting at customer meetings. In 2018, they joined Remedi SeniorCare Pharmacy as a Corporate Account Manager.
Lori Travis has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of St. Francis. Lori also holds a Diploma in Nursing from the Evangelical School of Nursing. Prior to that, they obtained a General Diploma from Argo Community High School.
