Oredola Smith

Oredola Smith has over 13 years of work experience. Starting in 2008 as an intern at SIAO, Smith then returned to the same company in 2009 as an intern where they learnt the basics of the Human Resource Management department and developed strong organizational skills. In 2012, Smith worked as an intern at Abax-OOSA Professionals (Chartered Accountants) where they assisted with the recruitment process and kept track of employees leave or absences. In 2014, Smith worked as an ICT Instructor at The Childville where they assisted in the planning and delivery of teaching and learning programs. From 2016 to 2022, Smith worked at SIAO as a HR Semi Senior Associate and a Human Resources Analyst in the Human Resources Consulting Department. In 2022, Smith began working at Remedial Health (YC W22) as the Head, People & Admin.

Oredola Smith attended Keele University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resources Management and Sociology. Prior to that, they attended Olashore International School in Nigeria, from 2002 to 2008, and obtained a Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate. In November 2017, they became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria CIPM.
