Laurie Graciana has extensive work experience, starting as a Project Management Consultant in 2000, where they focused on substance abuse, mental health, trauma, and criminal justice. Their responsibilities included deploying resources, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, and developing trauma-informed therapeutic programs. During this time, they also provided gender-responsive trainings and implemented cognitive behavioral therapy. In 2006, Laurie joined Haymarket Center as an Assistant Clinical Director and Corrections Program Manager until January 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Clinical Services at Remedies Renewing Lives and will soon become the Chief Operating Officer.
Laurie Graciana has a Master's degree in Human Services with a specialization in Family & Community Services from Purdue University. Laurie also holds a Master of Science degree in Human Services with a focus on Family & Community Services from Purdue Global. Additionally, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University.
