Douglas Phillips is an experienced software development manager with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager at Remedy Informatics since April 2013, Douglas oversees a custom development team utilizing PHP, Oracle SQL, and Java. Previously, as Director of Development at Property Solutions International Inc., Douglas managed a large team, overseeing 6 Product Development Managers and indirectly managing numerous developers, QA professionals, and designers. Douglas has also held key positions at Move Networks, Novell, 3Com, and Apple, demonstrating proficiency in enhancing software delivery processes, working on cross-platform projects, and leading engineering teams in diverse environments.
