Laura Ragans

Laura Ragans is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing medical office building portfolios in Central Florida. Currently serving as Regional Property Manager at Remedy Medical Properties since October 2020, Laura brings a strong background from previous roles, including Regional Manager at MB Real Estate and Holladay Properties. Responsibilities have included client and customer relations, financial oversight, mentorship of property managers, staff development, and execution of best practices. Laura also has a notable history with BOMA International, where involvement included service on the Southern Region Nominating Committee. Additionally, Laura's career began at Van Metre Companies and included significant management of a trophy office building in Washington, DC, and multiple properties in a corporate office park. Laura holds a degree from Salt Lake Community College and is a BOMA Fellow and holds the RPA designation.
