Thatiana Diaz has a diverse range of work experience in the media and communications industry. Thatiana currently holds the position of Editor In Chief at REMEZCLA, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Refinery29, Inc. from 2018 to 2021, taking on various roles including Senior Editor, Somos, Senior Beauty Writer, Editorial Lead, Somos, and Beauty Writer. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Time Inc. as a People, Digital Writer and Beauty and Fashion Assistant for People en Español. Thatiana also gained experience as a Vogue Accessories Intern at Condé Nast in 2013 and as a Communications Intern at Sony Corporation of America. Thatiana served as an Online Editorial Intern at Latina Media Ventures and completed an internship at Wilhelmina Models and Model Management Group (MMG). In 2011, they started their career as a Bookings Intern at Hearst Magazines.

From 2010 to 2014, Thatiana Diaz attended Pace University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
