Melissa Hillier

Melissa Hillier - FRSA is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at ReMind UK since February 2022 and as a Fellow at the RSA since June 2021. Previously, Melissa held the position of Chief Executive Officer at We Hear You (WHY) from June 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included strategic direction and financial sustainability of psychological support services. Additional experience includes roles as Communications Team Leader at Wiltshire Council, Assistant Director at Genetic Alliance UK, and various communications positions at the Genetic Interest Group. Melissa's educational background includes an MA in Public Communications and Public Relations from the University of Westminster and a BA (Hons) in Film, Media, and Culture from Brunel University of London.
