Robert Bivenour

Robert Bivenour has held a variety of positions since 2015. In 2015 they were a Bagger at Shop Rite Liquors. In 2018 they were a Food Server at the Philadelphia Country Club. From 2019 to 2020 they worked at ReminderMedia, first as a Senior Intern Operations Specialist, and then as a Senior Account Representative. As a Senior Account Representative, they conducted business-to-business, outbound and inbound phone calls to professional businesses in target industries, selling marketing services to potential customers. Robert also helped with retaining clients and coaching on how to best use marketing tools. As a Senior Intern Operations Specialist, they supported junior interns in learning ReminderMedia business operations and handled CRM functions and set strategy for direct sales team.

Robert Bivenour received their Bachelor's degree from Widener University in 2020, where they studied Business Administration Management and Marketing. Robert is currently enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce for a Customer Relationship Management program.
