Nikki Norvell

Nikki Norvell currently serves as the Head of Global Learning & Development and Change Management for Customer Success at Remitly, a position held since October 2023. In addition, Nikki works as an Organization Design & Talent Strategy Consultant and Executive Coach for various companies and executives, focusing on enhancing organizational growth and profitability. Previously, Nikki held the role of Vice President of People and Culture at Aditi Consulting from February 2021 to February 2023, where a comprehensive People & Culture Organization was established. Prior to that, Nikki was a Global Learning & Development Leader at Amazon between April 2016 and February 2021, developing frameworks for leadership and talent progression. Early career experience includes various leadership roles in organization and talent development at companies such as Jenny Craig and Chevron, among others. Nikki holds multiple degrees in Workforce Development, Organization Development, and Engineering, including a Doctor of Education from Seattle Pacific University and Louisiana State University.
