Ray Xiao

Ray Xiao is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Remmie Health since 2024, Ray previously held a position as Senior Director of Engineering at Carbon Health from June 2022 to November 2023. At Amgen, Ray directed the Cloud and Platform engineering efforts from October 2014 to June 2022 within the Digital, Technology, and Innovation organization. Ray has also served as an Advisory Board Member for Remmie Health and co-founded Bluprint, a modern presentation platform. Earlier roles include Technical Lead at Amazon and Software Engineer at Blizzard Entertainment, as well as a Senior Software Engineer at eBay. Ray holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Tongji University.
