Monika Kuchta

Monika Kuchta is an experienced professional in health and safety, currently serving as a Health and Safety Specialist at EPAM Systems since October 2021. Monika has an extensive background in various safety roles, including positions as a Senior HSE Specialist at DCT Gdansk and as a Safety Officer/PTW Coordinator at LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A. Additional experience includes roles such as HSE Specialist at Montex Shipyard, HSE Inspector at both Baltic Operator and Salini Impregilo, and HSE Apprentice at Remontowa Shiprepair Yard S.A., where Monika also held positions as Fire Prevention Assist and Document Controller. Monika holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Social Communication from Akademia Ateneum w Gdańsku and has completed postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety at Gdańsk University of Technology.
