Mikko Hurskainen

Mikko Hurskainen has extensive experience in the technology industry. Mikko is currently working as the CTO at Remoted, a company that operates automated shuttles and busses from a remote control center. Prior to this, Mikko worked as an Independent Consultant at Kosentic, providing consultancy services in software development and CTO-as-a-service for growth companies. Mikko also worked as an Advisor and CTO at Roboride, where they led the development of company IP and launched pilot deployments for autonomous transportation systems. Additionally, Mikko served as the Engineering Director at AINA PTT, helping the company accelerate product development in critical communications solutions. Mikko has also held roles such as CTO at Girdit, Technologist at Link Motion, Solution Owner at Suunto, Lead Software Architect at Link Motion, Software Architect at Nomovok Ltd, and Innovator at Protomo. Throughout their career, Mikko has gained expertise in various areas including software development, technology and business consulting, and product development.

Mikko Hurskainen completed their Master of Science in Technology degree in Software Engineering and Industrial Management at Tampere University of Technology from 2003 to 2007. Mikko also holds additional certifications including IATF 16949:2016 Supplier Auditor Certification obtained in September 2017, Automotive Functional Safety Professional obtained in December 2016, and Certified Scrum Master obtained in 2008.
