Joost van Haperen

Joost van Haperen has extensive work experience in various industries. Joost began their career at Tetra Pak as an intern before moving on to VDL Steelweld, where they served as a PLC/SCADA Engineer and later as a Project Manager and Country Manager in China. Joost then joined ASML as a Senior Project Leader before returning to VDL Steelweld as a Manager of Business Development and later as a Unit Manager of Project Management & Engineering. More recently, they have held the position of Managing Director at VDL TBP Electronics and RENA Electronica. Throughout their career, Joost has demonstrated skills in project management, business development, and leadership.

Joost van Haperen started their education at Avans University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from 2003 to 2007. Joost then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology from Delft University of Technology, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, in 2008 and 2009, Joost attended Tsinghua University as an exchange student to focus specifically on Finance and Accounting.
