Monica Burnett

Monica Burnett has a strong background in human resources and operations management. Monica is currently serving as a Vice President of Operations at Renaissance Financial since July 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Neighbors Credit Union from May 2016 to July 2020. Monica also has extensive experience in the credit union industry, having worked as a Vice President of Human Resources at both Missouri Credit Union Association and Heartland Credit Union Association from June 2011 to April 2016. Before their work in the credit union industry, Monica worked as an HR Consultant at HRN Performance Solutions from June 2004 to June 2011. Monica also served as a Director of Human Resources at GPX from January 2003 to May 2004 and as a Human Resources Business Partner at both WilTel Communications from March 2000 to December 2002 and Williams from July 1995 to March 2000.

Monica Burnett earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Tulsa, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Monica further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from 1995 to 1999. Monica also holds additional certifications, including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM and the SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
