Liz Perry

Liz Perry, SPHR, currently serves as Recruitment Marketing Manager at Renaissance Learning, focusing on employer branding, talent attraction, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and project management since December 2021. Prior to this role, Liz held the position of Recruitment Marketing Generalist at ALDI USA, where responsibilities included talent attraction and developing strategic recruitment campaigns from June 2016 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes a temporary role at LaSalle Network and a Staffing Coordinator position at St. Patricks Residence, where Liz managed full-cycle recruiting and HR functions. Liz began a career in retail with ANN INC. and Old Navy, progressing through various management roles while honing skills in recruiting and employee development. Liz earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Lewis University.
