Scott Cooper

Scott Cooper currently serves as a Senior Commercial Loan Underwriter at Renasant Bank. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the Asset Resolution Group at Truist. Scott has a long tenure with the U.S. Navy Reserve, concluding as a Commander in the Supply Corps after serving as Executive Officer. Previous experience also includes serving as Vice President and Portfolio Risk Officer at BB&T, where responsibilities included underwriting, risk reporting, and developing resolution strategies for commercial loan relationships. Scott holds an MBA in Finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BSBA in Finance from UCF College of Business.
