Jim O’Donnell

Jim O'Donnell currently serves as the Head of Upper School at Renbrook School, overseeing programs and faculty for grades 5-8 since July 2023. From June 2015, Jim O'Donnell has directed the Loomis Chaffee Summer Program, responsible for comprehensive management, including strategic planning and curriculum development. Prior to this, Jim O'Donnell held the role of Director of Enrollment Management at Kingswood Oxford School, generating $13M in annual net tuition revenue. Earlier experience includes teaching middle school mathematics and coaching varsity sports at St. Stephen's & St. Agnes School and serving as a Client Representative at IBM, where significant sales achievements were recorded. Jim O'Donnell earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College.
