Alison Baritot

Alison Baritot is currently the VP of People at Render, where Alison brings extensive experience in HR and people operations. Prior to Render, Alison held the position of Head of People at Triplebyte and HR Business Partner at Rubrik, Inc. At Rubrik, Alison played a key role in scaling human resources in multiple countries and implementing various HR processes. Alison also has a background in university recruiting, having served as the Head of University Recruiting at Dropbox, where Alison significantly grew the internship program. Alison started their career as an Analyst in Economic Consulting at Compass Lexecon after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
