Israel Medina

Israel Medina is a seasoned professional in architecture and design, currently serving as Co-Founder of Rendy.io since January 2018, where the platform specializes in 3D and AR experiences for e-commerce. Prior experience includes holding the position of VP of Design at Pair, a company recognized as a 500 Startups Alumni, before its acquisition by Manor.com. Israel Medina has also contributed to academia as a professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico, teaching Visual Story Telling for Architectural Thesis. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Wolfberg Alvarez + Partners and Designer & Project Manager at Shalom Baranes Associates, focusing on urban design and community programs. A Project Architect at Gensler, Israel Medina emphasized sustainable design strategies, and began the career as an intern at Bartizan Group Architects, producing essential construction documentation. Israel Medina holds a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Politecnica de Puerto Rico.
