Meridith Hertach is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and property management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service at Renew Smiles since June 2013, Meridith architected a custom Salesforce CRM layout that significantly enhanced lead result insights and maintained vital reports and dashboards for informed business decisions. Additionally, Meridith has been involved in personal rental property acquisition and management since June 2011, overseeing multiple investment properties, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering long-term tenant relationships. Previously, as Managing Director of the Contact Center at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers from June 2003 to June 2013, Meridith successfully expanded the team from one to 95 agents, focusing on hiring, training, and employee development.
