From 2002 to 2006, they held various roles including Regional Sales Manager at Instrumentarium Dental Inc., National Sales Manager at SuperFabric, and Regional Sales Manager at Planmeca USA. In 2020, they became the North American Sales Manager at PlanMed USA, and in 2021 they became the Sales Manager at NimbeLink Corp. and the Equip Install Manager at Renew Digital.
Steve O'Neil has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, where they studied Marketing. Steve also has a Bachelor of Science - BS from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, with a focus in Business Administration and Marketing Emphasis.
