Trisha Conley

Trisha Conley has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, talent management, global integration, and business organizational design. Ms. Conley currently serves as Senior Vice President, People Development for Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (REG). In this position, she collaborates with senior leaders to set the human resources strategic direction and people performance objectives for the company. Ms. Conley oversees the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Learning, and Development teams.

Prior to REG, Ms. Conley was HR Vice President for Fuels, North America, and BP Downstream Head of Country for HR. She has also been the Global Head of Talent for Downstream, the Talent Management leader on the joint venture HR project with BP’s JV partner Reliance and the HR Director of Integrated Supply & Trading, North America Gas & Power.

Ms. Conley holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and communications from The University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from The University of Missouri-Kansas City. She also serves as a trustee and the chairperson of the Compensation & Leadership Committee on the board for the Morton Arboretum in Lisle, IL.
