Colleen Arthur has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Colleen is currently working as the Director of Total Rewards and Client Services at RES since July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at DaVita Kidney Care for several years, holding various positions. From August 2021 to March 2022, they served as the Senior Director of Recruiting Operations, Strategy & Employment Branding, where they led talent acquisition operations and employment strategy teams. During their tenure, they successfully coached and supported managers in redesigning team structures and improving service delivery. Colleen also launched DaVita's first national hiring event on Indeed virtual platform, resulting in above-industry attendance and cost-per-hire rates. From March 2018 to September 2021, they held the role of Senior Director of Compensation, where they built and led a high-performing compensation team and designed unique rewards programs for C-suite and senior leaders. Additionally, Colleen served as the Director of Compensation at DaVita from October 2015 to March 2018, and as the Redwoods Leadership Development Program & General Manager from September 2014 to October 2015. Before joining DaVita, they worked at the Southern Environmental Law Center as an Assistant to Deputy Director and Director of Finance from May 2009 to June 2012. Colleen also gained experience as a Marketing/Communications Intern at American Farmland Trust from September 2008 to April 2009 and as a Community Center Co-Director in AmeriCorps from August 2007 to September 2008.

Colleen Arthur obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2012 to 2014.
