Geert Dooms (he/him)

Geert Dooms (he/him) has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Geert began their career at Philips Consumer Lifestyle in 2002 as an Environmental Engineer. Geert then joined 3E in the same year, where they served as a Project Engineer until 2008. During their time at 3E, Geert also held the positions of Team Manager for Wind Development and Country Manager for Turkey.

In 2014, Geert joined Ucyel as a Business Development professional. Geert then moved on to RES Anatolia in 2015, where they served as a Technical Manager until 2022. Currently, Geert is employed as the Technical and Engineering Director at RES, a position they have held since May 2022.

Geert Dooms (he/him) has a Master of Applied Science degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics, which they obtained from Eindhoven University of Technology from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics at UHasselt.

Geert also attended St Ursula instituut from 1989 to 1995, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.

In addition, Geert has obtained the following certifications: Essential Financial Modelling from Gridlines in June 2020 and Advanced Management Training Program 2019 from Eazl in June 2019.
