Lauren Davies (née Read)

Lauren Davies (née Read) has a diverse work experience history. Lauren started their career in 2002 as a Checkout Assistant at Waitrose. Lauren then moved on to work at Barclays Asset Finance for a brief period as a Relationship Assistant in 2007. Following this, they joined Duff & Phelps (previously MCR) as an Insolvency Administrator from July 2005 to March 2008. In 2008, they began working at Ernst & Young as a Senior Executive - Manager and stayed with the company until March 2013. During this time, they held various roles within the organization. From March 2013 to December 2015, Lauren served as the Group Planning Manager/ Cash and Working Capital Manager at Dixons Carphone. Lauren then transitioned to the position of Financial Controller - UK&I Property from January 2016 to July 2017, and eventually became the Financial Controller for UK&I Property, Payroll, and Overheads from July 2017 to March 2019. Most recently, Lauren has been working at RES as the UK Finance Manager since March 2019.
