Simon Arrol has a comprehensive work experience in the field of IT support and infrastructure. Simon started their career as a Helpdesk Analyst at Getronics in 2002 and later served as a Desktop Support Analyst. In 2007, Simon joined Getronics UK as a Junior Wintel Analyst and then transitioned to Ernst & Young as an Operations Analyst. In 2008, they joined SAIC as a Systems Engineer, where they worked in a fast-paced environment supporting approximately 20,000 users worldwide. Simon's responsibilities included remote and deskside support, hardware/software installations, project work, and documenting processes and procedures. Following this, they worked at RES as an IT Support Technician and then as an IT Support & Network Specialist. Currently, Simon holds the position of Senior OT Infrastructure Engineer at RES.
