Mike Ketter

Mike Ketter's work experience includes serving as the Director of Operations & Continuous Improvement at RenewAire, LLC since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Milwaukee Tool from May 2017 to March 2021, holding the position of Sr. Manager, Sourcing. From 2003 to 2017, they had various roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, including Manager of Strategic Programs, Manager of Corporate CI, Development & Motorcycle Pricing, Manager of Corporate Continuous Improvement & Development, Manager of Continuous Improvement, Senior Supplier Project Engineer, and Purchasing Engineer. Before that, they worked at John Deere Dubuque Works as a Supply Management Specialist and a Supply Management Specialist for Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mike Ketter has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) with a focus on Manufacturing and Quality Engineering from the same university. In 2011, Mike attended the Leadership Academy for Managers at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. In addition to their formal education, Mike has obtained several certifications, including Lean Leadership Certificate and Lean Manufacturing Certificate from the University of Michigan, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from SIGMAPRO GLOBAL, Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) Trainer from SCS, LLC., Six Sigma Black Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt from Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
