Neal Friedlander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management, customer success, sales, and channel development across the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Event Manager at Renewal by Andersen NJ/NY Metro since April 2021, Neal successfully built a team of Brand Managers and oversees their training and supervision for promotional events. As Director of Customer Success at The Tech Ref, Neal developed programs to enhance the customer experience in the telecom and IT domains.
