Jelena Jankovic has been working in the hospitality industry since 2008. Jelena began their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Želturist, Hotel Beograd. Her role included checking in and out guests, processing payments, providing information and assistance in choosing excursions, and coordinating with bookkeeping and sales channels. In 2017, they moved to Stan projekt, Ogranak Alibi Zlatibor as Manager of Reception, where they were responsible for training and supervising reception staff, monitoring and controlling online sales channels, and monitoring the occupancy and availability of accommodation. In 2019, they joined Central Inn Zlatibor as Manager of Reception, where they set the basis for starting a business, set up and advertised on online sales channels, monitored the competition, and tracked the impressions and ratings of guests. Currently, they are a QA Specialist at Renhead since 2022.
Jelena Jankovic completed a Certified Software Tester program from ITAcademy by LINKgroup in 2021, with a focus on software testing and QA. Jelena is currently enrolled at the College of Tourism in Novi Beograd.
