Muhammad Rafly A. is a seasoned IT professional and co-founder of PT. Karya Muda Pesona Nusantara, currently serving as the Lead of IT Service Management at Renos since October 2022, where expertise in ITIL v4 and ISO standards is applied for continual process improvement. With a strong background in technical writing, Muhammad has held roles as Senior Technical Writer across various companies, including Warung Pintar and Pena, and contributed to significant projects as a freelancer. Previous experience includes serving as a Technical Writer for The Mifos Initiative through the Google Season of Docs program and working as an IT Consultant at PT. Shan Informasi Sistem, among other roles in IT and project management. Muhammad holds a degree in Software Engineering from SMK NEGERI 2 JAKARTA, completed in 2019.
