Julia Barber

Julia Barber has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Julia began their career as the Head of Talent at Divido, a 'Finance as a Service' provider. After that, they worked as the Head of Talent at Global App Testing, a scalable QA testing company. Julia then moved on to become the Head of Talent at Mumsnet, the UK's largest digital community for parents. Julia also worked as the Head of Commercial and later as the Head of Talent at Kandidate, a talent partner for startups. Following that, they served as the Director of Talent Solutions at Bright Network. Julia later joined 3Forge as the Head of Talent and then ACELR8 as a Team Lead for Executive Search. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Platform Engagement at Renovata & Company, where they are also involved with ZEREN and RENOIR, which are part of the same platform. Throughout their career, Julia has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and management, working closely with startups and innovative businesses.

Julia Barber has a MA in English Literature & Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. Julia also received Basic Military Training from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and completed their A-levels in English, French, and Geography at Brighton and Hove High School.
