Erin Vandenberghe

Erin VandenBerghe serves as a Payroll and Benefit Administrator at Renovation Systems, responsible for payroll processing for over 140 employees and administering company benefits, including Open Enrollment facilitation and staff education. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Excimer Laser and Phototherapy at Tareen Dermatology, where Erin managed a busy treatment department, supervised a team of five, and provided ongoing education. Additional roles at Tareen Dermatology involved patient care, training and development of clinical staff, and compliance management with healthcare regulations. Erin also contributed as an undergraduate teaching assistant in anatomy and biology labs, a medical scribe at Metropolitan Urological Specialists, and interned to gain practical experience in urological procedures. Erin VandenBerghe holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
